Quality Assurance Policy
Biobritte Agro Solutions Private Limited India provides quality management, co-ordination, production and processing, manufacture and services throughout the India and sometimes abroad. The Company has developed its expertise since its establishment and its aim is to achieve a high standard of construction and service to its customers.
It is the policy of Biobritte Agro Solutions Private Limited India to provide the customer with goods and services to the agreed requirement in accordance with the details and price.
The Directors, Management and Staff are responsible for Quality Control through the Quality Management System seeking improvement by constant review, with suppliers and sub-contractors being encouraged to co-operate. The Company is committed to achieving customer satisfaction by the use of quality procedures which are enlisted below:
FSSAI: Food Safety and Standards Authority of India
“Biobritte Agro Solutions Private Limited” has obtained FSSAI registration which is given by autonomous body of Govt. of India. It is mandatory for “Biobritte Agro Solutions Private Limited” to give clear information for usage of its products and company follows all the mandatory rules.
ISO 9001:2015 QMS
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
a) Needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
b) Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

ISO 22000:2018 FSMS
a) To plan, implement, operate, maintain and update a FSMS providing products and services that are safe, in accordance with their intended use;
b) To demonstrate compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory food safety requirements;
c) To evaluate and assess mutually agreed customer food safety requirements and to demonstrate conformity with them;
d) To effectively communicate food safety issues to interested parties within the food chain;
e) To ensure that the organization conforms to its stated food safety policy;
f) To demonstrate conformity to relevant interested parties;

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a term that is recognized worldwide for the control and management of manufacturing, testing and overall quality control of food and pharmaceutical products. GMP takes quality assurance approach, which ensures that products are consistently produced and controlled to the quality standards   appropriate to their intended use and as required by the marketing authorization.

GMP addresses issues including documentation, record keeping, personnel qualifications, sanitation, cleanliness, equipment verification, process validation, and complaint handling. Most GMP requirements are very general and open ended, allowing each manufacturer to decide individually how to best implement the necessary controls. 
The quality approach of GMP ensures manufacturing, enabling companies to minimize or eliminate instances of contamination, mixups, and errors. This in turn, protects the consumer from purchasing a product, which is not effective or even dangerous.

Internal Quality Monitoring Committee:

In order to keep all International Standards “Biobritte Agro Solutions Private Limited” made an Internal Committee “Internal Quality Monitoring Committee” which monitors working of staff, packing of staff and quality of food products which are packed in packing houses. If necessary it suggests and gives trainings to new staff and arrange meetings if necessary with board of director to suggest any changes in our packing and distribution systems. This committee consist team of lab person, doctor, pharmacist and mushroom packing head.
