Ingredients
- 1.5 gram of dried fruiting bodies
- 250 ml of water
Procedure
- Start by boiling 2 cups of filtered water.
- Add dried cordyceps to water.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add in 1 tbsp. of crushed mint leaves and two lemon wedges (or lemon juice).
- Steep the tea for 10 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy.
