Cordyceps Tea

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 gram of dried fruiting bodies
  • 250 ml of water

Procedure

  1. Start by boiling 2 cups of filtered water.
  2. Add dried cordyceps to water.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add in 1 tbsp. of crushed mint leaves and two lemon wedges (or lemon juice).
  5. Steep the tea for 10 minutes.
  6. Strain and enjoy.
